ABOUT SHARETRANSPORT.SG
ShareTransport.sg facilitates bus pooling (and also car pooling) on a crowd sourcing platform. It works by matching people living in the same area and want to go to the same destination, i.e. for work. These private buses ply routes that are otherwise troublesome to get to, and currently operates on weekdays to serve the working crowd.

THE BRIEF
ShareTransport needed a mobile app that could help aggregate demand, book seats and store bus passes. This would also improve customer take-up rates, and ensure smoother operations for their bus pooling services.

OUR SOLUTION
UX/UI
Improvements were made to the existing user and operation flows, for easier navigation. The visual design of the mobile app was given a nice, clean makeover.

New App Features
We incorporated a new payment and booking system into the app. Users could easily buy the various passes and make payment securely.
More importantly, the bus tracking system which we implemented meant that users can now see the locations of their buses and get accurate, real-time updates. These gave the user experience (UX) a big boost and made the app intuitive to use.
