VR JobMatch is a job simulation and pre-employment assessment tool, part of Red Airship's Immersive Suite. Candidates step inside the real working environment on a VR headset, through 180°/360° film or 3D simulation, then sit a structured, AI-assessed interview built around exactly what they just saw.

It's built for the Apple Vision Pro and used by talent acquisition teams to bring down early staff turnover in high-volume, hands-on roles. Research published in Frontiers in Psychology found that VR's sense of presence produces materially better comprehension and engagement than 2D video, for roles that are spatially complex or physically demanding. VR JobMatch puts that same effect to work as a pre-employment assessment tool, before an offer is ever made.
